HM Flooring LLC takes on the whole interior: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, drywall and paint. Harry has been doing this work for more than 10 years, licensed and insured, on houses across the Houston area. One crew, one schedule, one person answering the phone from demolition to the final walkthrough.
One crew from start to finish — so when something needs fixing, nobody points at anybody else.
Cabinets set level and plumb before a single door goes on, because a countertop cannot fix a crooked base run. We handle demolition, boxes, tops, backsplash tile, floors and the paint that ties it together, then walk you through drawer by drawer.
Showers are built from the waterproofing out — sloped pan, sealed corners, then tile. Glass, niches, mosaic floors and new fixtures go in last so nothing gets scratched while the wet work is still curing.
Vinyl plank, laminate, tile and transitions run so the seams line up room to room instead of dead-ending at a doorway. We check the slab for flat and dry first, because a beautiful plank over a bad subfloor telegraphs every dip.
Water stains, popped tape, holes from a plumber's access cut — patched, floated and textured to match the wall it sits in. A wall is judged from the doorway, so we sand and check it under a work light before primer.
Plastic on the walls, paper on the floor, tape on every edge before a can is opened. Walls, ceilings, trim and doors get the coats they need for even color, not just one thin pass that shows the roller.
When the plan is the entire inside of the house, we sequence it so trades do not undo each other — rough work, then floors, then paint, then trim and fixtures. You get one schedule and one price in writing instead of chasing five contractors.
Most complaints about contractors are not about skill. They are about a price that grew, a crew that disappeared, and a phone nobody answered.
Floors are where Harry started, and they are still done right. But the same crew hangs cabinets, tiles showers, floats drywall and paints — so a kitchen does not need three companies.
Ten-plus years of residential remodeling in Houston homes means fewer surprises behind the wall and a realistic schedule up front. License and insurance are in place and we will show them.
You get a free estimate that lists the work, the materials and the number before anyone touches your house. If something changes mid-job, you hear it from Harry before it becomes a cost.
Plastic walls, taped seams and floor protection go up because most of these jobs happen with the family still sleeping there. Tools come out of the rooms at the end of the day and the last thing we do is sweep.
The kind of Remodeling work that goes out every week.

Neo-angle glass shower we built beside an existing corner tub, with a pebble mosaic floor, tiled niche and matte black fixtures.

Master bedroom after new plank flooring ran wall to wall, with baseboard reset and the room put back together.

The same kind of kitchen mid-job: new cabinet boxes hung and leveled, counters masked, floor papered and taped before doors and tops go on.

Ceiling drywall floated and taped with the walls fully plasticked off and the floor covered — scaffold and fan in place for drying.
Open walls, waterproofing, ceiling framing, and Harry's own floor-leveling process — the work that decides how the finished room holds up.

A remodel isn't finished when the tools leave. It's finished when nothing in the room asks a question.

HM Flooring LLC works on houses across the Houston metro and is willing to travel for the right project. If you are outside the city and wondering whether it is too far, call and ask — Harry will tell you straight. Work is residential only.
No. The company name comes from where Harry started, but the work is complete interior remodeling — kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, paint and floors. Plenty of jobs never involve a single plank.
Yes. We look at the space, talk through what you want, and give you a written price before any work starts. Nothing begins until you approve that number.
Yes. Harry and the crew work in English and Spanish, so you can plan your remodel in whichever language you are comfortable with.
Usually yes. We seal off the work area with plastic, cover floors and pathways, and keep the rest of the house usable. For a full kitchen, expect a stretch without a working sink or range, and we will tell you how long before we start.
Yes, both. Ask and we will provide the documents before work begins.
Either way works. Harry can source materials and put them in the estimate, or you pick your own finishes and we install what you bring — just get the selections settled before demolition so the schedule holds.
HM Flooring LLC is Harry's company, built on more than 10 years of remodeling work in Houston-area homes. He is licensed and insured, works on residential projects only, and takes on the full interior — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, drywall and paint. The name says flooring because that is where he started; the work today is remodeling and home renovation from demolition to the final coat. Harry is the one who gives the estimate, runs the job, and walks the finished rooms with you.
